삭제 요청 방법

1. ddaysoft@gmail.com으로 메일을 보내 주세요. 제목: Deskeymo 계정 삭제 요청
2. 본문에 휴대폰 앱에서 로그인한 Google 계정 이메일을 적어 주세요. 그 계정으로 보낸 메일이면 확인이 빠릅니다.
3. 요청을 받은 날부터 30일 이내에 삭제하고 메일로 알려 드립니다.

삭제를 기다리는 동안 앱에서 직접 할 수 있는 것: 홈의 PC 목록에서 연결 해제(그 PC의 접근이 바로 끊기고 페어링 기록이 지워짐), 설정에서 로그아웃, 앱 삭제.

삭제되는 데이터

• 로그인한 계정 ID(Google 로그인으로 만든 Firebase 계정)
• 휴대폰과 연결한 PC의 기기 이름·종류, 기기 공개 키, 페어링 기록
• 알림 푸시용 토큰
• 최근 24시간 알림의 암호문(원래도 24시간 뒤 자동 삭제)
• 이전 버전 앱에서 서버에 저장된 기록이 있다면 함께

원래 저장하지 않는 데이터

키보드 입력, 클립보드, 파일, 알림 내용, 휴대폰 화면은 휴대폰과 PC 사이에서 종단간 암호화로만 오가며 서버에 남지 않습니다. 암호를 푸는 키도 각 기기 안에만 있습니다.

보관되는 데이터

계정과 연결되지 않은 앱 사용 통계·비정상 종료 기록(Firebase Analytics·Crashlytics)과 광고 SDK가 수집한 정보는 Google의 보존 정책에 따라 삭제됩니다.

Delete your Deskeymo account and data

How to request deletion

1. Email ddaysoft@gmail.com with the subject Deskeymo account deletion request.
2. Include the Google account email you signed in with in the phone app. Sending from that account speeds up verification.
3. We delete your data within 30 days of your request and confirm by email.

In the meantime you can, in the app: Disconnect a PC from the PCs list on the home screen (revokes its access immediately and removes the pairing), Sign out in Settings, or uninstall the app.

Data that is deleted

• Your account ID (the Firebase account created by Google sign-in)
• Names and types of your devices, device public keys and pairings
• Push notification token
• Encrypted notifications from the last 24 hours (deleted automatically after 24 hours anyway)
• Any records stored on the server by earlier versions of the app

Data we never store

Keystrokes, clipboard, files, notification content and your phone screen travel only between your phone and PC with end-to-end encryption and are not kept on the server. The keys that decrypt them stay on each device.

Data that is retained

Usage statistics and crash reports not linked to your account (Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics) and information collected by the ads SDK are deleted according to Google's retention policies.
